Jason Thompson has been heating up The Young and the Restless with his portrayal of Billy Abbott, and on Monday, he took the flames to another CBS daytime show -- The Talk -- where he dished about his new Genoa City home.
Following special guest LL Cool J (who's the star of NCIS: Los Angeles and hosted the 58th Annual Grammys), Thompson sat down with co-hosts Julie Chen, Aisha Tyler, Sharon Osbourne, Sheryl Underwood, and Sara Gilbert to discuss all things Genoa City, plus a weird fan encounter and life with his wife, Paloma.
"It feels amazing. It's great. To be here with you, and fitting in over there was easy because they were so, so welcoming. I'm sure you've met many [of my Y&R costars] over the years, but they're just great, great people and I mean, it feels really good to be over at CBS," he shared, adding that it was a stroke of luck that he took on the role while the character was in a coma. "I have to say as an actor it was fantastic, because I had all the cast mates, all the people that mean the most to the character, crying and billowing over the character, so I learned a lot about what their relationships were. How we kind of got along in this past life, or the life that I wasn't really a part of, which was great. I was kind of mentally taking my notes as I was laying there trying not to, you know, wink or do anything!"
