Kendall was still watching Zach and Dixie through the surveillance camera. Zach was innocently comforting Dixie about Kate. As Dixie looked at the numerous photographs, Zach urged her to continue her search for her lost daughter. Nevertheless, Kendall was suspicious of Zach and Dixie because they held hands and embraced a few times. Finally, Zach left the room and went into his office. He saw Kendall in there and realized she had been watching. Kendall was annoyed Erica saw Zach and Dixie in bed together. Zach reassured her it was an act. Kendall believed Dixie was enjoying the pretend affair too much. Zach said he loved Kendall and asserted they would be reunited once Chief Frye believed the alibi. They kissed. Meanwhile, Dixie was in her hotel room, still looking at the pictures of little girls. Then, Kendall came in. Kendall confronted Dixie about her feelings for Zach. Dixie said it did not matter how she felt because Zach did not reciprocate the feelings. Dixie told Kendall to trust Zach. Kendall warned Dixie not to overstep her bounds because if she did, Kendall threatened to tell everyone that the alibi was a fake. Kendall left. Dixie gathered the photos, put them in a drawer, and left. Back in the casino office, Livia came to see Zach. She asked him if the police would find any flaws in his alibi. He said no because he was innocent. Livia explained the charges would not be dropped and that the evidence would be hard to beat in court.

David went to the Chandler mansion to see JR. David expressed his anger over Dixie and Zach's relationship. JR stated he would rather see Dixie with Zach instead of him. JR also told David that no one cared about him and that he was useless. David then proclaimed he knew where Kate was. JR believed he was bluffing. David left and Krystal entered. JR asked for Krystal's help with Babe and Josh. He thought Babe and Josh were closer than ever. Krystal asked what Josh was giving Babe that JR was not. JR was not sure, but thought it might be payback for him playing the CD. Krystal warned JR not to push Babe because she would rebel. Nevertheless, she agreed to find out what was going on with Babe and Josh.

Babe and Josh were at Fusion working on a marketing strategy. Jeff came in and wanted to talk to Josh. Jeff was upset Josh gave up his medical career and urged him to return to the hospital. Josh refused and left the office. Babe told Jeff not to force Josh into medicine like Dr. Madden did. Jeff began to question Babe about Josh. Babe said she would not reveal anything because Josh was her friend. Jeff said he only wanted help in getting to know his son. Babe said Josh was arrogant, but he was also brilliant, talented, and handsome. Jeff said he was glad Babe was with Josh when he found out who his real parents were. As Jeff walked out, he thanked Babe and told her to keep in touch. Then, Josh came back and asked about her conversation with Jeff. After Babe gave him the details, Josh confessed he would not know what to do without Babe. Neither of them knew Krystal was by the door eavesdropping! Meanwhile, Jeff met up with Erica. Erica inquired if he spoke with Josh. Jeff said he did not, but found someone to help them, Babe. Erica looked horrified!

Erica was not happy to see Ryan and Annie together in the Cambias offices. Erica proceeded to brag about Kendall being the mother of Ryan's child. Annie said she knew all about it and then left to take Emma to the park. Erica stayed to speak with Ryan. She encouraged Ryan to make his move with Kendall. Ryan was not receptive to the idea. Erica said Zach betrayed Kendall. Ryan stated Kendall might forgive Zach. Erica did not want to hear it. Ryan admitted he loved Kendall, but would not pressure her. He wished to keep their relationship peaceful for Spike's sake. Erica asked if Ryan was trying to get over Kendall with Annie. Ryan assured her that Annie was an employee he was helping out. Meanwhile, Annie and Emma walked into the park at the same time as David. David was on a bench brainstorming about Kate's location. He daydreamed he found Kate. He told Dixie she blew it and he was going to take Kate away and raise her as his own. Then, a soccer ball hit him and spilled his coffee. Emma came and apologized, but David was very annoyed. Annie scolded David for being mean and a security guard questioned him. As they walked away, David looked at the little girl suspiciously. Annie then returned to Cambias with Emma. Annie told Ryan she was pleased with her security team. Meanwhile, David broke into Dixie's hotel room. He found Dixie's photos and saw Emma's picture!

In Dixie's room, David stared at the picture of "Emma". With a cat eating a canary smile, he put all the pictures of possible Kates in a folder and went to the door. J.R. was at the door and after an unpleasant exchange of words, he wrestled the folder of pictures away from David. After a rant about how much he did to find Kate, J.R. accused him of killing Madden. David said that he wouldn't have lifted a finger to help Dixie after the way she treated him. David then told J.R. that she didn't deserve to find Kate and that "that whore deserves to die." As any good son would do after hearing such a thing about his mother, J.R. attacked him. After a few well deserved punches, J.R. strangled him and just when it seemed that David was down for the count, he rebounded and kicked J.R. right in the face. David then smashed J.R. in the head with some object and he became unconscious. David took the picture of "Emma" and at the park, saw her with Ryan and Annie.

Krystal watched at Fusion as babe flirted with Josh but after a few moments went in to the room and told Josh to leave Babe alone. Babe defended Josh saying that he didn't need to leave PV. Josh tried to explain how he felt the night of the ConFusion party when J.R. played Madden's tape. He said that Babe saved his life. He admitted that kidnapping Babe was a mistake and he was very sorry and that he respected Babe and only wanted the best for her. Krystal told Babe to fire Josh right now and get him out of her life. Babe told Krystal that she would not fire him because Josh respected her and her marriage. She said that Josh needed him right now and that she would not cut him off. Krystal told Babe that she was playing with fire and was about to be burned. Babe defended herself and said that it was nice to have someone to talk to. Krystal told Babe that she couldn't have both Josh and J.R. and that one of them had to go. Upset, Babe told Krystal that the conversation was over and to leave. As Krystal stepped into the elevator, Erica was waiting for her. A verbal catfight ensued and each accused the other's offspring of ruining the others life. Babe called J.R. to tell him that she had to go to Philadelphia for a business meeting. Of course, J.R. was unconscious on the bed in Dixie's room.

In the park, Jeff told Erica that Babe was a good influence for Josh. Erica told him that Babe was the plague and she couldn't have any influence over Josh. Erica said that Josh had a mind of his own and could make his own decisions. Erica again went through the litany of Babe's sins, but Jeff said as far as he was concerned, Babe was Josh's savior.

Lily continued to IM with Terry, unaware of who he was. After a while, Terry suggested that they meet in person. Jonathan told Annie and Ryan that Terry was actually stalking Lily when they ran into him. He tried to get them to ditch the plan to lure Terry back to PV, but Ryan said it was the only way. Emma wanted to go to the carnival, but Annie said it was too dangerous. Ryan fixed it where the three of them could go to the carnival all by themselves for an hour. Both mother and daughter (but mostly mother) were very appreciative. Annie then told Ryan that Terry wasn't Emma's biological father, but before she said who was the real father, Emma came in and wanted to go to the carnival.

Kendall was home alone with Spike and Simone came to visit. Kendall was very glad to see her. Simone brought a decadent cake for Kendall to enjoy. As Simone prepared the dessert, she expressed her disgust over Zach's affair with Dixie. Kendall told Simone she did not want to discuss Zach. Just after Kendall made this request, there was a knock at the door. It was Chief Frye and he wanted to ask Kendall about Zach's alibi. Kendall continued to lie and stated her marriage was destroyed. Regardless, Chief Frye believed the alibi was false. Before he left, Kendall asked if he was going to drop the charges, but he had no comment. Simone thought Chief Frye still believed Zach was guilty. Kendall asked Simone to leave and then Ryan came home. Kendall greeted him at the doorway and planted a huge kiss on him.

Babe and Josh were in a hotel room in Philadelphia. Babe was nervous the famous rocker would not like their products. Then a blond, thin, British-sounding, rock star came in. He announced they had 30 seconds to amaze him. After the time was up, he was unimpressed, so Babe started to recite quotes from his blog. The rocker was impressed by Babe's knowledge and interest in his work. She told him how big of a fan she was and he stayed. He put out "shooters" for them to drink. He also asked for their birth dates, so he could read their astrological signs. He said many good things about Babe, including she was fiercely loyal. He declared Josh had an identity crisis and because of this, he would not do business with them. Josh offered to take himself off the project, but Babe insisted the rocker take them as a package. The rocker then tried on some of the makeup and agreed to a deal. After he left, it was apparent Babe was very drunk! So, Josh threw her into the shower with her clothes on and her cell phone in her hand. Babe pulled Josh in and laughed about her phone being broken. Then, Babe took off her shirt in front of Josh!

Ryan, Annie, and Emma were having a great time at the carnival. Suddenly, a security guard found David lurking around. Annie was alarmed to see David in the park again. David claimed he heard a 911 call near the park and went to check it out. Annie asked Ryan if he was trustworthy. Ryan said no, but did not believe David had a reason to harm Emma. David then revealed Ryan had a violent past and drove his last wife, Greenlee, out of town. Ryan told David to shut up. Then, David got a page from the hospital and left. Ryan asked Annie if she was concerned about what David said. Annie stated she was not in a position to judge others and was not worried about Ryan.

Jamie was at the gym and he called Julia at the hospital. They spoke briefly, but flirted intensely. Julia did not know that Brooke was behind her listening to the conversation. After she hung up, Brooke asked Julia what she wanted with her son. Julia said Jamie was smart, handsome, and wonderful; however, he was a grown man and could make his own decisions. Brooke stated Jamie did not always make the right decisions. She also believed Jamie left his job at the hospital because of his affair with Julia. Julia said Jamie quit because of Joe's treatment of Josh. Brooke told Julia to stop seducing her son. Julia said the attraction was mutual and they were both consenting adults.

Zach walked into Dixie's hotel room and found JR unconscious. As Zach checked his pulse, Tad came in. Tad assumed Zach did this to JR. Dixie then came in and Tad announced Zach was responsible. Dixie defended Zach and this aggravated Tad. When they brought JR into the hospital, Tad also told everyone there that Zach was responsible. Dixie again stood up for Zach. Tad said Dixie was willing to deny her son to protect her lover. Then, Joe told everyone that JR had a serious concussion and they were still conducting tests. Brooke tried to comfort Tad, but he was relentlessly taunting Dixie. Dixie told Tad if he had a problem, they should discuss it privately. So, they went into another hospital room together. Tad declared he was tired of Dixie's lies and the way she destroyed people's lives. Then, Tad realized Dixie was really in love with Zach. She replied there was nothing to love about Tad lately. Tad stated he was angry because Dixie killed Dr. Madden, their only hope of finding Kate. Tad said it was hard not to punish Dixie because of what he knew. Tad left and Zach came in. They hugged and Dixie said she was worried Tad was going to do something terrible. Tad was outside with Brooke. He stated everything was falling apart and he could not do anything about it. Tad hinted he knew something that could hurt Dixie. Meanwhile, Jeff and Joe were talking. Jeff said he would not pressure Josh into medicine or anything else. He added Babe might be able to help them with Josh. Joe warned him that Babe was trouble. Jeff asked Joe to promise he would give Josh space. Joe said nothing and walked away. Meanwhile, everyone was waiting for news on JR. Krystal continuously called Babe to tell her what happened, but she never picked up. Then, Jamie went in to see JR. For a moment, JR opened his eyes. JR whispered, "Pictures, Kate, Hayward." So, Jamie asked Julia to page David. David came in and asked why he was paged. Jamie then accused him of almost killing JR!

Di barely makes it through Jamal's security checkpoint to see her old friend Annie. She inquires after their presence, and Annie tells her that Ryan really knows how to take care of a woman. Annie tells her that she should have listened when Di tried to discourage her from sticking with Terry but Di reminds her that swaying the vision of a woman in love is never easy. Annie divulges that Terry hasn't given up and that she is afraid her bad judgment makes her feel that she doesn't know who to trust. Di promises her that the people she has surrounding her - namely Aidan and Ryan - are the trustworthy sort, and that both she and Emma would be fine.

Unexpectedly, Kendall lays a kiss on Ryan that he had been waiting for. Drawn in, he tells her how beautiful she is, and in turn, she invites him. Ryan doesn't want to move, but Kendall promises that he won't regret it. Once they go in and close the door, their movements make it appear as though they plan to go to bed together, but their speech reveals that they are in the know about one of Derek's men watching them. She apologizes if the ruse is torturing him but Ryan doesn't mind much. They play out the scene for a few moments longer and then they close the blinds so that no one else can see. Once they are shielded from prying eyes, Kendall tells Ryan that the alibi might not make a difference, and Ryan adds that Derek is too smart. Kendall asks if Derek's intelligence is preventing him from believing the alibi, or believing in Zach's innocence. Ryan explains that because there are no other likely suspects in the murder, Derek has to chip away at what he has to see if it falls apart. Kendall asks what they will do if it doesn't withstand pressure, and Ryan discourages her from looking ahead for more trouble. Kendall notes that she needs to figure out some way to make Derek believe the story that Zach and Dixie fed to him. She then apologizes to Ryan for using him, noting that he has no vested interest in the situation. Ryan tells her that making his son's mother happy is investment enough. She tells him that she needs him, and asks him to stay the night. A short time later, the duo is under the sheets in her bedroom - loudly making it seem as if they are doing the deed. Ryan then pauses, saying that he needs to give Derek's men something to talk about. He takes a garbage bag outdoors, yells inside that Kendall had better be naked, and goes back in, closing the door behind him. He delays going back into the room, thinking about what he's caught up in. He retrieves his son, tells him it's family night and places him in the cradle in the master bedroom. Kendall then apologizes to him again, and notes that it is her hope that she hasn't ruined their friendship or their bond as Spike's parents. Ryan blows off her worries and takes up residence on the small sofa by the window. Kendall tells him that it is silly to sleep there when they can, as mature adults, sleep in the same bed. He reluctantly crawls in beside her and, with their backs to each other, neither appears that they will get any sleep.

The crowd of JR's loved ones outside of his room fire questions and accusations at David about putting JR in the hospital. Blandly, David admits to his guilt, in the face of threats from Tad and shocked disappointment from Dixie. David claims that he was defending himself from JR's attacks and shows the bruising around his neck as proof. Jamie doesn't believe him and thinks that the bruising could be from JR defending himself. David continues and says that when he left, JR was still conscious, and Dixie quickly asks about the security cameras. Zach tells her that he turned them off, and then David offers to find out what he can about JR's prognosis. Adam starts to rough David up but his wife intervenes, not needing him in the hospital or jail because of his actions. She sends him into JR's room with Dixie and notes that she will attempt to call Babe again. The Martin presence forces David into a chair and insists that he give them the real story.

In his room, JR starts to come around and calls for his wife. Jeff is immediately at his bedside and tries to keep him calm. With a primal tone cradling his voice, he sharply calls for Babe again and Jeff tries to assure him that she is in no danger. Dixie and Adam come into the room and try to comfort their son. They ask if he remembers what happened, and JR tells them that after David called Dixie a whore, he hit the doctor. He reveals that David came after him and hit him with something hard. Then he asks if they have any more information about Babe's whereabouts.

Jamie questions David about the pictures of Kate that JR mentioned and Dixie and Adam reenter the general area in time to hear David feign innocence, saying that they were on the floor when he arrived. Tad says that perhaps they need to add breaking and entering to the other charges they want to file against him. David raises his voice indignantly, laying all the blame at JR's feet for the incident and suggesting that perhaps they go to Derek to give him the real scoop. Dixie says they won't be bringing the police in and, at that moment, Derek shows up and pretends to be offended at not being included. He then informs David that he shouldn't be happy to see him, as he just heard the report about his assault on JR. David tries to say that his altercation with JR was purely accidental, and that there are no hard feelings between him and the group. Aware of Dixie's wishes, they all grudgingly remain silent, and Adam tells him to stay away from his son. David takes his leave, and the group disbands with Tad leaving the area, and Jamie approaching his mother. He asks why she's at the hospital and before Brooke can utter much, Julia joins them and says that Brooke had been looking for Joe when all hell broke loose. She and Brooke share an odd glance, and Jamie tells them that he is going in to sit with JR. Once gone, Brooke notes that she is still going to have a chat with Jamie about his choice in who to date. Julia thinks that Brooke would be treating her son like a kid, and Brooke tells her that she needs no advice. Julia then says that she doesn't want to make Jamie play sides between the women that he loves, and Brooke agrees that it is a good idea.

Back in the room, Jamie looks solemnly over his unconscious brother. JR slowly rouses himself again, and they talk briefly about the pictures that David found. Jamie says that no one is sure if any of the pictures are of Kate, and JR notes that David wants to make sure that no one ever finds their little sister. Jamie fills JR in on everything that happened in the hall, and JR says that from the look that he saw in David's eyes, he believes David is the one that killed Greg Madden.

Krystal approaches Jeff in the waiting area and asks if he has any information on where his son might be. Jeff denies having any knowledge, and Krystal states that she believes Josh is trying to ruin Babe's marriage. Jeff retorts that because JR tried to kill Babe, she might want to be more concerned about that than about who her daughter is friends with. Further, he mentions that Babe is good for Josh, and he appreciates the support she provides for him. He walks away, and Krystal says under her breath that Josh may not be so good for her daughter.

Back in the center of the area, Derek asks Tad if there isn't something gnawing at him that he wants to reveal. Tad tells him that there is nothing he wishes to make public, so Derek tries something else. He tells the group that Kendall was spotted giving Ryan a more than enthusiastic welcome home kiss, and Zach manages to take it in stride amidst other random commentary about the hard life of a cop with doughnuts and binoculars. Dixie attacks him, asking if his tactics and getting a rise out of people is fun for him. Derek assures her that his only motive is justice. Zach demands that he leave Kendall alone, and Tad sidles up behind Dixie and takes the opportunity to remind her that she can never have Zach to herself - that even if they are acquitted, Zach will go back to Kendall. Adam comes to Dixie's defense, saying that Dixie's personal life is none of his business - nor Tad's. Under Derek's watchful eye, Zach insists that Tad stop attacking Dixie, but Tad retorts that if Zach comes near him, he'll make sure that Zach goes down for murder. Derek rejoins the group briefly to note that he loves a good mystery, and then tells the group that he will talk to them all again soon.

Water raining down around them, Babe and Josh find it difficult to resist their attraction. Josh slowly turns off the shower and tries to kiss her. Babe manages to pull away at the last moment and walks out of the stall. In an attempt to calm his impulses, Josh turns on the shower once again. Babe dons a robe, and heading out into the room, she checks her phone and finds it working. She contemplates what almost happened while leaning up against the bar, but when she hears the shower turn off, she taps into the part of her that is still drunk. Josh emerges, and drunkenly tells her that the shower did nothing to help sober them up. He then congratulates her on a job well done with procuring the song for their ad campaign. She revels in how great she is and flails about the room, exclaiming her desire to celebrate by going out dancing. Unfortunately, she doesn't manage to do that without falling several times. Josh picks her up and sits her on the couch, demanding that she stay there so as not to hurt herself anymore. He then reminds her of how little they knew of each other a year ago, how he asked her when she would begin to live her life for herself, and how he kissed her. He then changes his tack, trying to keep the conversation flowing, and notes how happy she seems. She tries to keep a brave face and agrees, but the façade falls quickly and she tells him that she hasn't been this happy since her wedding. She gets up and starts to walk away, but before she gets too far, Josh snags her robe and asks her to stay. She breaks away, and goes into the bathroom, stripping herself of her clothes and contemplating the person she sees in the mirror. She spies her wedding ring, and immediately calls JR from the phone beside the sink. She leaves a message about her accomplishment, apologizes for not being there, and promises that she will be home soon. She dons her robe again and goes back into the room. She thanks Josh for being a real friend and not taking advantage of her drunken state. Josh tells her that if he thought he had a chance, he would have taken it. She swears she won't tell her mother that, since it would just be supporting information for her theory that all Josh wants to do is pounce on her. Josh then says that he likes her any way that he can get her because he always has the best time when he is with her. To thank her, and to add another memory to their repertoire, Josh surprises her with a breakfast of banana pancakes and peanut butter. She is surprised that he knows one of her favorite meals, but barely thanks him before digging in. He is satisfied with his more healthy breakfast until she makes him try a bite. He loves it and tries to steal some more but they have a mock battle over control. Finally Babe acquiesces and agrees that he can have half, just this once. They finish eating and they retire to the couch, and enjoy reflecting on how far they have come with the successes in their life. Josh admits that he hadn't ever had a female friend that he cared about but wasn't romantically involved with, and he thanks her for what she has meant to him. His words fall on deaf ears though, as Babe has fallen asleep against his shoulder.

Di and Annie reminisce about old times, and then Annie notices Emma standing at the top of the stairs. Di is introduced but it doesn't last too long, as there is a knock on the door. Di offers to tuck the young girl back in bed while Annie answers the door. She disappears into the depths of the condo with Emma, and Annie finds David on her threshold. He tells her that he wants to apologize for how rude he was at the park, and offers to help her out if needed. She reminds him that she has Ryan's aid, and David apologizes for bad-mouthing Ryan as well. He tells her that the reason for his reaction is that Emma reminds him of a little girl that was lost. He tells her that he had been reminiscing about the time he took his daughter to the park, and that because his daughter would be about Emma's age had she lived, it was hard to see her. He apologizes for putting his pain on the two of them, and offers a teddy bear as a gift of apology to her daughter. Annie suspiciously accepts the gift just as Di reappears. Di asks David why he came by and David tells them that he just wanted to make amends. He leaves, and moments after Di concurs with the low opinion that Ryan has of David, the phone rings. Di encourages Annie to answer, assuring her that she can handle whatever comes her way. Annie picks up the phone and finds Terry on the other end, inquiring as to whether or not she gave Emma the picture of him, and told her that her daddy loves her. Having had enough, Annie fights back and tells Terry that all she told Emma was that he father did bad things, and follows by saying that he can't control what they do anymore - that it would be best to stay away. Terry informs her that she can't keep his daughter from him, and Annie reminds him that Emma isn't even his and hangs up on him. Di comforts a shaking Annie, saying that she did the right thing. Annie notes that she just did what she was told - make him angry. Then, Di asks what Annie meant when she said that Emma didn't belong to Terry. Annie starts to try to answer that, but Emma makes a return appearance in the living room. Annie notes that the phone probably woke Emma, and that it was okay because she hadn't given her a good night kiss. She picks up her daughter and tells Di over her shoulder that it would be best for all involved if Di pretends that she never heard the conversation.

Adam and Dixie join Jamie back in JR's room, watching him rest fitfully as he calls out for his wife once more.

Zach pays Tad at visit at his home to see what games Tad is playing with Dixie. Zach tells Tad to deal with the fact that Dixie is no longer with him instead of making her look guilty in Greg's death. Tad brings up all the people Zach has hurt - Maria, the Lavery's, Kendall and now Dixie, who he knows was not in the sheets with Zach on the night Greg died. Zach asks Tad how far he would go to get revenge on Dixie. Would he plant evidence or lie to pin the murder on him and Dixie? Tad says he didn't have to plant anything because he saw Zach burying Greg in the park. He tells Zach he went to the airport to find Greg, but when he had no luck, he saw Zach and Dixie putting something heavy in the trunk of Dixie's car in the airport parking lot. Tad went to the park and found Dixie's car abandoned. He tailed them back to the casino and when they went inside, Tad checked the trunk, which was empty. Zach is silent, as Tad tries to probe Zach for more details about the murder. Zach says that Tad hates Dixie, so he is trying to bring her down. He adds that Kate is better off with a stranger because Tad would not make a good father. Zach warns Tad to stay away from Dixie as Derek walks in. Derek announces that Tad's house was bugged and now he has given them everything he needs for the case to go to trial.

Dixie goes to visit JR in the hospital. JR tells his mother he is worried about Babe because he has not seen or heard from her in a day. Adam tells them that Babe is home and he is free to go home. David walks in, taunting JR and putting down Dixie. JR threatens to pin Greg's murder on David. David isn't worried because he says there is no evidence against him, but Dixie is looking pretty guilty. When David walks away, JR tries to go after him, but Adam and Dixie say let it go. They claim that if JR attacks David, it won't look good, considering his murder attempt with Babe. Adam and JR head home, while David talks to Dixie. Dixie apologizes for the way she has treated David because he has worked so hard to look for Kate. She asks David if they can rekindle a friendship and he agrees. When Dixie walks away, David mutters "That was some performance Dixie. Almost as good as mine. Greg took Kate away from you and I'll make sure you never get her back."

Krystal is relieved to see Babe walk through the Chandler mansion, after thinking Babe was in trouble. Babe tells her she and Josh went away on a business trip for Fusion, which upsets Krystal. Colby comes downstairs and gets a chance to listen on their conversation. Krystal tells Babe that she should not be spending nights alone with a man other than her husband. Babe says that she is aware of Josh's feelings toward her, but knows that she loves JR. Krystal tells Babe that while she off with Josh, JR was recovering in the hospital after David hit him in the head. Krystal tells Babe that JR is coming home, but it may be best not to mention her trip with Josh. When Colby comes around the corner, Babe accuses her of eavesdropping. Colby claims she was just on her way to get breakfast and asks if any packages came for her. Krystal says Colby's dress came, but sent it back because it was too expensive. When Colby starts trashing Krystal, Babe cuts in and warns her not to disrespect Krystal ever again. JR walks in, as Colby and Babe are arguing, and asks Babe where she has been. Babe tells the family about her Fusion trip, but does not mention Josh. Colby whines about her dress and party to Adam, but Krystal says they can discuss it after an ice cream trip with Little Adam. Colby comes in and blurts out what she heard Babe say about Josh.

Josh goes to his room at The Valley Inn, surprised to see Erica and breakfast inside. She tells Josh that she ordered his favorite meals and figured if she broke in the room, he could not slam the door in her face. Josh tells Erica to leave, but she wants to form a relationship with him. Josh lays on his bed and amuses Erica while she runs off a list of things they can discuss, like his favorite things to do. Josh brings up his Fusion trip with Babe as one of his favorite things to do but Erica has no interest in hearing about Babe. Erica says that she is no position to tell Josh what to do, but she does want to be a part of his life. Josh brings up his feelings about Erica drugging Greg on her show, although Greg claimed it was self-medication. Josh says that if Dixie and Zach weren't the murders, Erica would be the perfect choice. He tells Erica that no matter what she does, he will not have any type of relationship with her. Josh opens the door and when Erica walks out, he shuts the door in her face.

Kendall wakes up and turns over in the bed to thank Ryan for his company. Kendall gets nervous when she does not hear Spike do his normal fussy morning routine. Ryan tries to calm Kendall down, but she is worried that something is wrong with Spike. Ryan assures Kendall their son is healthy and happy. Moments later, Spike wakes up screaming which confirms that he is just fine. Ryan points out that Spike slept through the night, which is good because his parents can sleep through the night too. Kendall thanks Ryan for all his help, but feels he is not getting enough in return. Ryan says that Spike's love in enough for him. Kendall and Ryan have fun getting ready for a trip to the park.
